Photography is, first of all, an act — not a program, not a medium of communication. It begins empty, without intention, until seeing itself makes a claim: about oneself, about one's being in the world.
Images arise intuitively, bodily. The path toward them is a search for resonance between outer appearance and inner state — not planned, but felt. In making them, they make me back.
Language remains approximation. Only in the image does an experience become visible in its own logic.
Single images. Not a series, not a narrative — each one an autonomous proposition. Meaning arises in the image itself, or it doesn't.
Each image here is a searched-for punctum: a moment in which something about perception and being asserts itself as true — and meets the viewer without fully explaining itself.
Photography can only be this: to show what is without words, and to resist naming it.
